Garden Decking & Staircase in Nailsworth, Stroud

In the centre of Nailsworth, we designed and built a beautiful raised garden deck and staircase, creating the perfect suntrap in this lovely Cotswold garden. The project combined strong construction with classic detailing to provide a safe, long-lasting, and attractive outdoor feature.

Bespoke Deck Construction

The deck was built on a durable stilt-like frame, ensuring stability and longevity. All joists were hung with regulation-standard hangers, giving the structure strength and resilience for many years of use. This careful approach means the decking not only looks great but also stands up to the demands of outdoor living.

Classic Staircase & Balustrade

Leading up to the deck, we installed a bespoke staircase complete with a spindle and handrail balustrade. The detailing gives the garden a timeless character, while the design ensures safe, comfortable access to the raised platform.

A Suntrap for Relaxation

Positioned perfectly to catch the light, the new deck offers an ideal space for entertaining, dining, or simply relaxing outdoors. Blending traditional craftsmanship with strong, modern construction, this project has transformed the garden into a space the owners can enjoy throughout the year.
